As midwest correspondent for DRO, I feel it is my responsibility to report on the goings ons in this part of the country (northern WI). While people in OR are out on the mighty Deschutes fishing the salmon fly hatch, we're getting geared up for the bluegill spawn. It's a great time of the year to sit in a boat or canoe, swill a few bluebellies, and talk smart with the buddies while catching eager panfish. And did I mention the fish fry at the end of day?
